B-TIMER for monitoring P 21 / P 31 / P 41 P filter systems
Filter cartridge monitoring with B-TIMER, easy, reliable and cost-effective! The B-TIMER only works correctly when used with BAUER compressor systems and original BAUER filter systems and cartridges.
The compact mini computer counts the operating hours and accurately determines the saturation of the filter cartridges in the BAUER P filter system.
Clear signals appear when cartridges need to be replaced or maintenance is required.
Compatible with all mobile BAUER compressors; suitable for retrofitting, but only in conjunction with BAUER P filter systems!
The increasing saturation level of the P-filter cartridge can be monitored at all times on the four-segment display. When the remaining capacity drops below 20%, the last segment starts flashing and the order number of the filter cartridge is displayed instead of the operating hours, so that a replacement cartridge can be purchased. The 4 segments of the display flash when the cartridge reaches the end of its service life.
The key symbol indicates that maintenance is required. The letters A to C indicate which BAUER maintenance kit is required.
Safety: The battery indicator gives advance warning of a battery change.
Operating hours and maintenance times are saved in the device RAM even if the battery is replaced or if the unit is stored for a long time without batteries.
Installation couldn’t be easier: No pipes or cables to connect – all you need is a screwdriver!
